the check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. we didn’t have to check in at the front desk and we loved that! we also loved the keypad entry so we didn’t have to worry about a key.

It was great! This hotel was perfect for a weekend in Nashville. It was clean and organized. Our room was so cute it was a nice little studio room. Also, it was affordable so I love that!

Great place to stay, with a couple big issues.
First off, the room/apartment was very spacious and nicely furnished. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The bed was pretty comfortable as far as hotel beds go, and the couch was very comfortable. A couple of issues do keep it from being a full 5 stars. The biggest - the parking is terrible. You have to back into spots so narrow that I could barely get out of the car, and there aren't enough spaces overall, so we ended up having to spend money on Lyft rides instead of driving anywhere during our stay, just to not have to move the car. Second, the shower is built with a stationary glass that does not keep water inside the shower, so after taking a quick shower, the bathroom floor was covered in water. Also, the shower floor itself is very slick, and I fell (no injury, luckily). Aside from those issues, though, I really liked Placemakr

It’s nice. The rooms are no where near sound proof you can hear everything out in the hall and they can hear everything in your room. You can hear peoples dogs crying because their owners left them at home and also the train during the night time is pretty loud and idle for several hours. We woke up every hour due to the noise even with the headphones. They send all instructions through text and email. The room is nice but the pillows sucks. I would stay again because is, clean, not busy and the area is nice just noisy.
