The construction is nearby so driving wasn't entirely clear. The hotel is great though! I would also enjoy if the pool was open longer. It closes at 10pm, which doesn't fit our schedule.

Be prepared to pay for parking.
I had no issues with check-in other than the $25 parking fee. That makes zero sense to me at a hotel that you're already paying for. I don't know if i missed part that mentioned that or what. It was kind of frustrating.

I paid for this room with a maximum availability of 20 hours. When I checked in I was made to pay an additional charge to park my vehicle. I was blind sided by the additional charge!!

I loved the pool but was surprised there was no hot tub. The hallways are very maze-like and need better definition. The elevator was confusing because the lobby is on the 2nd floor but that is not marked anywhere.

Charged for parking ridiculous.
I will never book with this location again they decided that they where going to charge for parking which is ridiculous when youve booked a room with them. I understand that events are always going on in downtown and people will always look for a free parking spot. Dont advertise parking and then charge for parking. I recommend staying next door at la quinta which we did earlier in the week 5 star service there.

Hotel seemed to be very unorganized knowing that it would be having a very busy day with every room in the hotel booked. Room was not ready upon arrival and had to go back to the front desk several times before the room was ready for me to check in. My check in time was 3pm and it was almost 4 before I was able to get into the room.

Good Price/Close to Broadway Street
Location to Broadway Street in Nashville. Just a short walk over the pedestrian bridge. The breakfast staff are excellent and breakfast was great. Front desk people not very friendly especially the overnight lady. Always leaving the front desk for long periods and just rude when talking to customrrs. The world famous (lol) not see great. Very hot in the enclosed area of the pool. Rooms updated and modern. Homeless people hanging in front under the hotel gazebo. Worst thing upon arrival was being told a $25 fee per day to park in their parking lot. Nothing listed on their web site about a parking fee. Cost us $75 to park for 3 days.
