Checkin was easy and fast. The room was newly redecorated and very nice. Cozy bed. Not a big fan of the loud music next door, but that’s not the hotels fault. Bring earplugs for at night.

The desk clerk was not friendly, the room was fine but did find a roll of medical tape and hair clip on floor so probably wasn’t swept very well. Was right next to bars/nightclubs so very loud until 2 in the morning so not much sleep. We ended up leaving at 4 in the morning because of people fighting right outside our door. Never again.

Loud Venue Next Door Until Very Late
One section of the hotel has a loud bar next door. The female who checked us in put us in one of the loudest rooms. Promised the music would end at 11pm. It didn't. Had to change rooms at 11:45pm. The man working then was much more apologetic and accommodating. If they had other rooms available, why put us by the noise? There also was no shampoo or conditioner in the first room, and the bedspreads showed signs of stain.

Staff was friendly, beds comfortable. The hot water in the shower took forever to warm then couldn’t cool it down, stayed piping hot. Housekeeping came before 9am, luckily I am an early riser

Not bad
The room was clean and updated. There was a fridge and microwave. They had blackout curtains, which is nice, and there was breakfast, but all it was was wet, scrambled eggs, they did have a waffle machine, some yogurt, chose, muffins, and cereal. The roads have outdoor entrances and it could be loud at times, but it was overall pretty peaceful. Very close to Opryland hotel. Neighborhood didn’t seem to be horrible, but there was often people walking around that didn’t make us feel the most comfortable, but it was well lit . There is free parking, and we really like white hair dryer. There was a large TV and the bands were comfortable as were the pillows.

It was a nice place to stay if you don’t mind being beside a very loud bar that is very lively until 2Am. Then breakfast was the bare minimum. Staff and the hotel was nice. If you’re on a budget this is the place to stay. If your looking to get to music row, they offer a shuttle for $10/person.
