Clean, up to date rooms. Good price. Bed seemed 3 feet high, somewhat difficult to get on and off, but Comfortable. Would have preferred to park my vehicle right in front of my door, but oh well.

The morning (7AM) gardeners mowing and weed wacking. Staff vacuuming, moping with pinesoll at 8 AM in the donning area. Not one day but all 3 days of our stay. Out of coffee, waffles and syrup.

Bedroom smelled strongly of cigarettes and the microwave was dirty and any food heated in it then smelt and tasted of burnt popcorn. Toilet seat did not fit properly and the bathroom toiletries were almost empty. Breakfast had almost nothing on display until we asked if there was more, and then it was topped up.
