Well, we were very impressed when we first arrived. The room is on the first floor and huge with a beautiful mural on Nashville on the wall. And it has a mini fridge and microwave. The check in process was super easy and the desk staff has been friendly throughout. The location is perfect, literally across the street from the entrance to Opryland and a couple blocks from Opry Mills. But…when we checked in, we learned the beautiful indoor pool pictured in the ad was out of order. Wish this was made public on their site. Also, there are floor fans constantly running through the halls. Odd. And loud. So, I developed a really weird cold/sinus event that I couldn’t shake. I thought it was an allergy reaction to the feather pillows. It wasn’t until our last night that I learned what has my allergies angry. I noticed a German roach in the tub as I was getting ready for the Opry. Killed it, thinking it was a one-off. When we returned from the Opry and turned the lights on, roaches scattered. I always have this type of allergic reaction when German roaches are near. So, I didn’t make a stink because we got in after midnight and are leaving first thing in the morning. But it makes me ill thinking we ate their free breakfast here. I’ll let them know when we check out but I’m definitely leaving the lights on tonight. Gross!!!

We chose this hotel for the affordable price due to a last minute flight cancelation. My 4 friends and I (all females) felt very unsafe at this property due to its open parking garage and location. The first hotel room was very updated with a broken toilet (toilet lid was off and flush was not working). We were then transferred to another room which was dirty with stained curtains and towels, peeling walls, and dead bugs. There was a lingering mould smell in the hallway and it looked like the hotel and rooms had not been vacuumed in months. The breakfast was very limited - waffle maker with frozen breakfast sandwiches. There were no bowls for cereal. There was also limited condiments - no black pepper, ketchup or butter packets - just 1 communal butter container which is unsanitary. There was no airport shuttle service as advertised and no pool either. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with our stay here and concerned for our health and well-being. We won’t be staying here again.

The only thing nice was the lobby . Very nice clean, spacious. The surprise is the hallway entrance to rooms. All the doors scraped up. Room is dirty, the bathroom was nasty. Furniture was falling apart and mismatched. The only thing interesting was the Nashville mural on the wall. Television kept switching to Spanish mode, drinks in coke machine were expired. I could go on and on. Checked out. 24 hours early of a 2 day stay and they didn’t offer refund. Terrible experience

The tub was not clean,bed sheets had stains in them,ceiling cover was missing from the overhead exhaust fan along with missing tiles in shower having it exposed. Customer service was very friendly and amazing.

Worst place ever. Falling apart, super uncomfortable bed, fold out couch mattress felt like sleeping on rolls on nickels, mattress fell through the frame and springs hurt!, mold, service was bad, dirty. Won’t stay again!

I was highly upset that I wasn’t told about a $100 deposit I had to pay on top of the $284 I paid for the rooms for the weekend then they never mentioned the pool was closed until after I paid which was the main reason y I was looking for a hotel with a pool so me and the kids can swim and have something to do between football games and enjoy ourselves I did like the fact the room was spacious loved the mural they had in there the the floors definitely wasn’t swept up at all there was crumb like stuff sticking to my feet WiFi worked at first the first night but it did not work the 2nd day at all it sucked so it was bad enough pool wasn’t open now WiFi wasn’t working to keep kids occupied to watch tv or whatever so I was just o we it be as ready to go home bed was decent enough to sleep on but pull out couch bed was not comfortable at all my kids complained how thin mattress was n woke up saying their back was hurting . Honestly I am not going back because I feel like they should let it be known ahead of time if Poole as open and the deposit part I understand I will get that back but what if I didn’t have that extra $100 to get the room it’s ridiculous

Price was reasonable. Decided to leave bc mattresses were not firm enough for my bad back. Bathroom fixtures were not maintained vert well. The counters were not mounted to the wall properly. Toilet handle or button was covered by the counter. Weird setup.

As of 7/30/24 this property is under construction. The advertisement shows under website that the pool is open however, when we got there, the pool was under construction. It was hot in our room, and there are no ceiling fans in our room. All the fans were being used to dry the floors in the lobby, there were holes in the wall, and we found an enormous bug. Not worth the $109, not even 1/10th

Honestly it was a place to crash for the night. I arrived a little after midnight. Waited at the front desk for about 15 minutes before someone checked me in. The room had a weird vibe to it. Almost like a well used apartment. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Bed was comfy and the AC worked good. So, atleast, i was av3le to sleep.

Conveniently located. Clean, but needed upgrades. Broken vanity counter, broken table leg, and places where things had been replaced/removed (lights, mirrors,etc) but no repainting had been done. Also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke in the room and hall, although we were in a non-smoking room.

This property was a dump!! I took pictures of the broken items in our "suite" to the front desk. I was told "maintenance knows about it, and they weren't supposed to rent out that room." I asked "why did I pay full price for a suite then?" His response? "Because it was the only one available." Keep in mind I prepaid for this room months ahead of time. The entire property was dirty, run down and smelled of stale ciagarettes and cat urine. Very surprised that Ramada/Wyndham has their name on this building.

You can tell they are renovating but the work that has been done isn’t necessarily satisfactory. We lifted the bathtub mat and found mold. You can see mold where the new flooring meets the bathroom etc.
