Property and location great. Tons of things to do specially if you love fishing and enjoying a beautiful lake right out your back door. Host was awesome and very informative

Everything was good except for we had NO hot water the first day. Nephew found the Hot Water Heater and it was turned off. Had to wait till the next day for Hot Water. Then Basement was EXTREMELY COLD. I contacted host and that was resolved quickly. Other than those hiccup’s our stay was good

Perfect Nashville Rental House
Our group of 8 stayed at this house for a 40th birthday and it was absolutely perfect! Communication with the property owner was easy & always pleasant. All the information we needed was readily available. We were able to have groceries delivered by a local Walmart, there’s also a few spots to eat nearby, and the distance from the airport & Broadway are perfect. We rented the pontoon boat for one day of our trip and had the BEST time meeting other travelers and locals on the lake. Can't say enough good things about our stay and this house. Highly recommend!

Great place for large group and has lake access
We had a group of 8 friends for a weekend of lake and golfing. This house easily accommodated us, and had everything we would need. This house sits on a hill overlooking a cove of the lake, and we rented a pontoon. The dock is at the property and there are steps to the dock. We were very pleased and are already come widening going back next year. Communication with owner was great.

Perfect for a weekend on the lake
Our multi-generational family had a fantastic time in our rental. There was plenty of room in the house for everyone, everything was clean and well maintained and the lake views were unbeatable. The owners were easy to get ahold of and responsive to any questions. We rented a boat for our time at the lake and it was a seamless process. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet lakeside getaway!

A Gem!
Had a fabulous stay in Mt. Juliet…in town for a family wedding. The property was clean & tidy, it offered plenty of space for all, and was centrally to all of our wedding related events. Communicating with the host was a breeze, and our stay was carefree. An added bonus…we rented a pontoon boat from the host (thanks, Chip for showing us the ropes). After enjoying a leisurely ride around beautiful Old Hickory Lake complete with a swim, we took a ride to Sam’s Bar & Grill across the lake for the best meal of our entire stay! Hope to come back sometime…wouldn’t hesitate to return to this spot☺️

We appreciated that this property was located about 30 minutes from everywhere we went by Uber during our 4 day stay. The property has an older, more rundown side to it with 4 bedrooms in it. And it has a more up to date 2 bedroom suite. It suited us well. The big decks overlooking the lake were a big plus. And the deck furniture was plentiful and comfortable. There was some confusion at check in about how to access the second suite. As a result, we missed staying in it for 2 of the 4 nights. The bedding, towels, etc. are a bit on the worn side. The pictures definitely enhance the look of the property but capture the different spaces accurately. Overall, the property met our needs. If you’re not looking for fancy or modern, this property holds a big group well.

Overall, it’s was a fantastic vacation. The property manager & owners were great! We enjoyed working with them. There were a few minor problems. Light bulbs not working or missing inside & outside the house. Mold on the shower curtains. TV’s we’re available but no cable. It should be listed to bring your own Roku or something compatible. All in all, the house was well worth the price. We are happy to stay there & recommend it highly!

Over all the stay was wonderful..cleanliness could use some improvement. Did not care for the extra cost on the group having more than 12 people..$25 per person...per night. Even for 2,4 and 5 year olds. Everyone enjoyed the house on the lake ..perfect ..

Amazing family get away
Photos really don’t do this property justice. What an amazing place with plenty of space to accommodate our large family. We enjoyed spectacular sunrises and beautiful sunsets from the deck, Fished from the dock and motored around the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house had plenty of room with a bed for everyone to comfortably sleep 14. The owner was very helpful and friendly. We rented a pontoon boat from Chip and would highly recommend you rent it as well. Can’t say enough about this vacation. Looking forward to staying there again.

Awesome for families
Great location on the water. Group of 12 of us had more than enough room to spread out. It’s a bit of a drive to get into downtown Nashville, 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. The deck overlooking the water is a great spot to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Overall, a fantastic stay.

Amazing Place to Stay!
The property was amazing and we had a fantastic stay. We stayed at the property and had 12 adults. This enabled every couple to have their own space. We enjoyed the outdoor space, game room, and the overall space. It was about 1/2 drive to downtown Nashville. Would stay at this location again in the future!
