Great proximity to broadway. Loved the location. Glasses had lipstick marks. Ran out of coffee/drinks etc. nothing major. Overall I would stay again!

The lobby staff was helpful, the room was fantastic, easy walking distance to Broadway. A few minor items - the parking situation was confusing and we had parked but then found that different spots cost different so we moved to a cheaper spot. The fifth floor trash bins smelled so bad and they are right there by the elevator so it was unpleasant getting on and off the elevator. We only had one rag. The toilet seat needed to be tightened, it was so loose!

The room itself was fine. The check-in process was a bit confusing. Would have been nice to know in our initial booking email that parking is on-site but you’ll need an app to book your spot, it’s not just FCFS. And we couldn’t get into the building without a code, which we couldn’t get until we checked in.

The check in process needs to be revamped. We were told we would receive an email with check in instructions prior to check in. We never did, the phone numbers listed in the confirmation email could not be called. If we had not just walked up to the door and found the QR code we would not of known of to check in because we never received the door code in email like we were told. The room was nice and the location was close to downtown like we wanted.

Clean big suites, resort style pool and ac. Only downside was our room didn’t have any body wash and when requested we were told housekeeping would drop some off and they never did. The shampoo/conditioner is watered down as well.
