Self-serve stay with zero service is not cool.

The place is nice...the place also has a bug problem...the ordeal of parking being seperate...check in...finding the front desk person to be completely rude and worthless in her job was very evident. The apartments are in a " up and coming" neighborhood of downtown is a stretch and a really nasty ally behind with huge piles of garbage with a 4:30 am pick-up time. Overall would never stay there again with this self-serve type of stay. Its not for anyone over the age of 40 !

Terrible

The air conditioning wouldnt work, it was difficult to get the elevator work Had to create our own room keys which didnt work Had to go to lobby to help with room key and to get the elevator to work Had to help other guests who voukd t het their keys to open their doors as well as not being able to get the elevator to work I eoyjd not recommend this hotel to anyone nor would i ever stay there again

The shower was dirty but the rest was fine. The check in process was a little cumbersome. There was someone at the front desk but you had to scan your own ID and make your own key cards. Doesn't make a lot of sense.

Nice place but missing some amenities that are always found in other apartments/bnb…no spatula for eggs. Only had 1 large spoon, wine opener and can opener. (Not including normal utensils and dish ware)1 package of coffee for 3 nights stay. Basic items… no extra blanket or pillow. Hand, shampoo and body wash all the same soap. Clean and quiet. Just bare.

Nice facility with good gym and pool. Very walkable to Music City Center. Minor flaws such as low faucet flow and slightly seedy folks walking about, but the positives far outweigh the negatives. Especially with a very reasonable price and getting a nice apartment all to myself, with washer and dryer to boot. I recommend staying here as long as one is comfortable with the neighborhood

This hotel is not really a hotel. Though the listing stated it was one. I was charged twice for an incidental but it to a half an hour to fix and I was already exhausted from driving. The staff was understanding and helped but the wifi was out so I couldn't work or use the TV. So it was like I paid money for nothing.
