The hotel is very nice but when checking in the front desk wasn’t clear that breakfast wasn’t included after we started eating. Then dinner service was extremely long wait for our food.

decent but needs renovation of bathroom vents.
The service was impeccable. The amenities were fantastic with amazing views. The only issue was with the bathroom ventilation. There was this disgusting sewer smell that was faint but noticeable. I ended up making sure the room ac had the fan on continually and closed the bathroom slide. That worked mostly.

Beds are amazing! I love that we did not have carpeting in the room. Shower was fantastic! Nice view from the window and the hall was extremely quiet. I loved the room! The staff in the restaurant and coffee shop were all extremely polite and helpful. I didn’t have a good first impression of the desk staff because they made me wait u til they were ready to help me. I get it, but it could have been handled better. I had to change hotels that I had booked earlier and showed up at this hotel Without a reservation. I wanted to book thru Expedia for my points and she did not want me to. She told me I would have to wait to check in and would have to sit and wait. I was tired and just wanted to get to my room.

My room was dirty. There was a white substance on the counter and desk. The floor had the same some sort of dust. The shower had hair. On top of this I checked out and was charged an additional charge and I have yet to speak to anyone as they keep sending me to voicemail.

Nice hotel.
My stay at the hotel was good. The room was as nice. The room was comfortable. The only thing was the floor was really sticky, like someone had spilled pop, and was not clean d(moped) properly. Other than that it was good.
