I've stayed here several times, and I love the convenience and cleanliness of the hotel. Having Starbucks in the lobby is a big plus. However, this time the front desk staff were far from friendly. You guys really need to work on customer service there.

I came one day early for my stay, Shonista was wonderful on check in and was very informative on all check in things. I had only one problem with restaurant food being cold (ordered room service - they forgot to call when ready), she comped me and all other meals were very good. Thank you and all your staff for being upbeat and friendly on my stay, will recommend to anyone to stay.

The gentleman at the front desk really made my first visit special. It was raining when I arrived and he went above and beyond helping me with my bags and checking me in. He also gave me a voucher for the restaurant. I bye I missed him upon departure to tip him. The hotel decor was beautiful and very top tier. I really enjoy the food and how nice my room was. I look forward to visiting again :)
