Very beautiful neighborhood, very peaceful and quiet. Though, difficult to get an uber pr lyft so its better to rent a car if you stay out here and want to go to downtown Nashville (15 to 20 mins away). The staff are very hodpitable though the rooms needs some updates. There were things rusting in parts of the room. BUT it was very clean and spacious

Nice stay, Brentwood is a leafy area, around hotel many business offices, good shopping and dining options nearby. Spacious room with cooking facilities.Pop corn every afternoon!

the room had an awful smell, floors were sticky and bathroom was dirty. You could not walk around without wearing shoes. There was no head on the sink faucet so water came out aggressively. The shower handle completely fell off. The front desk called and woke us up on our second day. We stayed for a few. When we had to get a new key the front desk just asked for the room number and did not ask for the name on the room or an ID. Coming from the hotel industry myself I know you’re suppose to ask for an ID as this can be a major safety concern. I did not feel safe after that.

When we arrived, our room had linens and trash outside the door. When we walked in, we were hit by a strong smell of cigarette smoke and a slight smell of fragrance. We went to request a different room, and we're given a smaller room than reserved. When we went back to request a room type liked we reserved, we were told the hotel was overbooked and they didn't have it. We shared that with the amount of people we had, we could not fit in the smaller room. They found a room by taking it from someone that had not arrived yet. Inside the third room, there was clear evidence of a previous leak above one bed, worn furniture, and cleanliness concerns in the bathroom.

So disappointed in this hotel
The hotel smelled terrible from the second you walk in. There were stains on the sheets and no soap in my room, but they claimed to not have housekeeping on the weekend so they couldn’t change my bedding or get me soap. So I had to buy my own soap and bedding! The shower was gross and clogged with hair. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again.

The property is old and outdated. Light fixture in kitchen was dirty and dingy. Water damage on kitchen ceiling. Dining chairs were filthy. Microwave door was broken (reported to front desk) . No soap in bathroom for handwashing and no ice machine on property; however, ice was available in icemaker in refrigerator (we had to wait hours for ice)

The lady at the counter couldn’t find my reservation but the worker from that morning was able to call me and confirm how many beds were needed without any issues. When we got to our room the two chair at the table were made from a fake leather material and had been scratched completely off. They needed replaced. I cannot believe they left them in the room. Everything else was good.

Overall an OK experience.
Check in was quick. Staff was friendly. Room was well equipped for two people. Beds were very comfortable. Cleanliness was a bit of a concern. Chairs were worn, office chair mesh had something spilled into it, layer of dust on the fridge, carpet needs deep cleaning (or replacing). On last night, a huge cockroach was running up wall. We had to smash it.
