Appears to be an older hotel that needs updating and attention to repairs.
The elevator took a very long time to move only 5 floors up or down.
The evening receptionist was very friendly and engaging. The daytime receptionist was rude and acted like it was a bother to interact with her.
The toilet had stopped up and we tried to call using the hotel phone but it didn't work. So, we had to go down to the front desk. The front desk person said she would get housekeeping to bring a plunger, but her attitude said otherwise (she had no interest in helping). After waiting for about 15 minutes, we called from our personal phone and the front desk person acted surprised that noone showed up. Within 5 minutes of the phone call, housekeeping brought a plunger.
Overall, not a terrible experience. The bed was comfy, the room provided the necessary accommodations. The parking area had plenty of spaces and it didn't feel unsafe coming and going in the late hours.
Breakfast was a typical hotel continental fare (eggs, sausage, gravy, waffles, cereal, pastries, etc). I was pleased with the offerings.
