Things were fine during the stay, but I'm really not happy with the after service. I stayed for 2 nights and it was fine. Breakfast was good, the room was comfortable, the halls were a little dirty, the lobby printer didn't work, but the staff was able to print my tickets at their desk so i can give that a pass. What I'm really frustrated with is the fact that I can't get an item I left behind returned to me. I called the evening after I checked out to let them know I left something behind, and they said to call back Monday to see if it was there. I called back and yup, they had it, even described some of its details to me, and said they could hang on to it until i could send a box and shipping label to have it returned. The box and label were sent a few days later. And it arrived because i had the tracking number. But the return box was never sent. I waited and called to check, and nobody responded or seemed to care. Anyway, after waiting for weeks, I finally talked to a manager who says no one ever saw my item or received the return box. When i mentioned the tracking number, she said she'd call back. Quickly she called to say they had received a return label but no box, and still no one knew anything about the item. Its not an expensive item, just has some sentimental value, but the return label AND BOX did cost something, and they can't even keep track of it. And the manager sounded annoyed as if it was a waste of time for to locate something they already said they had.
