The rental was clean and cozy. The bed comfortable and clean. The couch set low for me though, and the shower was slippery, and had no hand rail. If you have to use a grab bar, bring along one. I loved that the toilet set higher, and was comfy. They were well stocked with toilet paper and coffee supplies. Very friendly.

Perfect for a weekend getaway!
We stayed in the Cozy Cottage and it was so cute and cozy. It had everything we needed including a mini frig and microwave. The location is literally in the center of town and you can walk to everything.

We stay here at least once or twice a year. The location is amazing and the rooms are super clean and adorable. We stayed in the Sweet Suite this time. Josie is wonderful!

Interior was a bit rough (exposed plywood), but that went with the overall rustic feel. Superb location - It was only a short walk to the shopping district. Separate cottages enhanced the privacy.

Birthday getaway
My wife and I was just on a short getaway so this was where we decided to stay. It was very convenient and the cost was reasonable so I went by the reviews I read online and chose this place. Josie was very nice and offered us an upgrade which we didn’t take but in hindsight should have. Our little suite was small and just a bit dated. The only heat is a portable unit and there’s no way it can heat the place so that would be really bad during colder weather. I just noticed the unit was not in good shape but it was comfortable enough and convenient enough for us to overlook some of the shortcomings. I would recommend you choose a unit besides the Cozy Couple one as we would definitely do the same. We had a great time and we will definitely visit Nashville again!
