The air was not working properly. We had to switch rooms twice,.and even in our new room, the air was not working to full capacity. The gentleman working the front desk was exceptional though and worked diligently to satisfy us.

It’s down the street from the jail Sketchy part of town. No parking on hotel property. We had to pay to park in public lot. We don’t feel comfortable leaving car there but had too.

From Alberta Canada, this is our first time to Nashville. This property is the ideal location to walk to Union Station, Bridgestone Arena and Nissan Stadium and Broadway along the Cumberland River. Steps away from the State Capital and Museum, Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum and local eateries in Germantown. The front desk staff, breakfast bistro staff and housekeeping staff were exceptional and hospitable. Our family’s week stay was the best and we’ll be back!

The hotel itself is wonderful. Room was spacious and clean. Rooftop bar and restaurant were awesome. Just be aware that you are not close to Broadway or anything that there is to do in Nashville. It’s at least a 7 block walk and half of that is uphill. Around the property is a jail and a bus terminal. Besides the restaurant on the roof there is nothing close by. And the view from the rooftop is nothing but the roofs of other buildings. Great hotel if it was in a different location.

Booked this place for convenience bc it was walking distance to a concert at the Auditorium. Paid $370 for a 1 night stay and our room had a view of the bail bonds place and power lines. Not sure why on earth this place was so expensive. I also got stuck inside the elevator bc I changed purses and forgot my room key. The doors wont open back up without your key. Super annoying. Thankfully just as I was going to hit the help button someone opened it from the outside. Ive stayed at hotels all over the US and never have I needed my room key to work the elevator. For the price it wasnt worth it. I'll book a loft or a flat from vrbo next time I'm in Nashville. On the upside tho the staff was super nice, hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Baby cheese omlets and sausage links. Breakfast potatoes or bacon would have been nice for the price I paid. Lesson learned!!
