The Space
Welcome to Pine Street Flats! Located in the Gulch, this great apartment is perfect for a jam-packed weekend hanging out Downtown! Modern, open floor plan, high ceilings, walk-in closets and amenities like a full gym and saltwater pool, you are sure to find comfort in this two bedroom, two bathroom unit. The unit has comfortable queen-sized beds in the bedrooms. There is a couch in the living room for additional sleeping. Perfect for a weekend trip with friends or a family getaway!

Guest Access
You'll have full access to the entire unit during your stay, as well as the apartment complex gym, club room, & pool!
Parking: Paid parking is available onsite. We can provide ONE parking pass for the residential section of the garage for $40/day. Residential parking guarantees one parking spot with in-and-out privileges. The second option is to park in the public section of the garage which typically starts at $40/day however WITHOUT in-and-out privileges and no guaranteed spot. *No in -and-out privileges means if you leave the parking garage and return, you will need to restart your parking session and pay again. In wither retail or residential, UrbanNashville is not responsible for any towing, booting, or ticketing fees. Please inquire if you would like to purchase a residential parking pass prior to arrival. Public parking is paid onsite upon arrival via a parking app

We let our guests have their space but if needed, will be around to help. If you have any questions, concerns, or anything to share during your stay, our team will be available for you.

Please note: We are not responsible for pool rules set by the community. The community only allows 3 guests per apartment.

→ No Saturday arrival or departures allowed. We typically will have a 2-night minimum on the weekends. Minimum night stays may fluctuate with certain events and holidays.

→ We are located on the 2nd floor of our building and are accessible via a full flight of stairs or a handy elevator. :)
→ If this unit isn't available, we have other Pine Street Flats!
→ Check-in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate of other guests, we cannot guarantee that early check-in or late check-out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.
→ There are a dishwasher and ice maker. Laundry is in the unit. Towels & linen are provided (including linen & pillows for the sofa bed). Travel-sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware are also provided. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper.
→ This unit is near some train tracks! The train comes and goes throughout the day. Some guests have mentioned the noise, others do not notice it at all!
→ Our team is around 24/7 for any emergency that may arise.

RIDESHARE
There are rideshares all over the city from Uber, Lyft, and even Earth Rides (Tesla cars only). They are easy to call anytime day or night. Pro traveler tip: download all apps to your phone so you can compare prices and get the cheapest option!

TAXIS
See the ride share option above, taxis are available however few and far between and can be quite pricey in Nashville. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs.

MTA BUSES
The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and a wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors.

NASHVILLE B-CYCLE
Nashville's bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card, and pick out your red bike! One is located just two blocks from the lofts at the corner of 11th & Pine St.

Nice property

We came in to the space to a toilet needing repair but it still worked. Our biggest issue was with the noise. It would have been nice to know about the 6am construction directly across the street. Busy part of town, so not a quiet location. Lots to do, lots to eat or drink within blocks.

Christmas in Nashville

Thé location was great. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and museums. Short 20 minute Uber ride to Opry Mills area. We had some hiccups while staying as the fire alarms went off multiple times due to water lines bursting in the building causing us to be displaced for couple hours each time and in the cold. Our contact was easy to reach via text message, thankful for hôtel and restaurant near by to hangout in to stay warm.

Great Stay!

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was clean, spacious, and in a great location. We were far enough away from the craziness of broadway but also close enough to get there easily each night. Easily walk to shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. We would definitely stay here again.
