POOL RULES
1. Please do not use the pool if you have a disease communicable by water.
2. Shower your child and yourself before entering the pool.
3. Swimmers who are not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper.
4. WATER AND ALCOHOL DON’T MIX.
5. No running or rough play.
6. No glass or plastic that can shatter is allowed in the pool/spa area.
7. No food or drink in the pool.
8. No diving allowed.
9. No animals in the pool area.
10. Should the above rules not be followed, resulting in additional maintenance and cleaning, a $300 charge will be applied to the guest’s account

Pool Maintenance: Weekly, Thursdays and Fridays
Please note that the pool is seasonal, and opening/closing is dependent on weather.

Nice large house
House was clean and had plenty of room for 6 adults to have their own room and bed. Great common areas , nice pool and back yard with large covered patio.

Walking through the front door the musty smell was very strong. The kitchen had a very gross smell when you walked into it. We went and brought air fresheners to put around in Hope's of improving the smell. The pictures made it look beautiful it was not. The first morning we got up there were cockroaches in the kitchen. I emailed the property manager (they were GREAT) sent someone out to spray. The second morning we got up there were alot of cockroaches crawling up the wall in the room off the kitchen in the garbage and on the floor. The dryer vent was not hooked up so the basement filled with the heat and steam. There were roaches in the laundry room. Contacted the property manager again. And they moved us to a different location. I did not pay that amount to live with bugs. This was my husband's 60th birthday celebration with our kids and if it was not for the property management we would have had to leave early in we not used to living with roaches. Also only part of the burners on the stove work and some of the furniture was broken. I am very sorry to review like this but I wont lie. I will never take a chance on a new property again.
