Contemporary spacious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home off South Ocean Blvd near Albany Resort (South West Nassau). Fully equipped with a private pool and all amenities - turn key. Located 15 minutes from the airport and Baha Mar hotels and casino on Cable Beach strip, 20 minutes to downtown and 30 minutes to Paradise Island. Ten minutes from area attractions like Stuart Cove's Dive facility, Jaws Beach, Lyford Cay Marina and Golf Course, restaurants, food stores and churches. This neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful but close to area attractions, dining and nightlife. Just five minutes from Albany Resort, travel south on South Ocean Blvd., 2nd corner left after Frank Watson Hwy - Kaufman Drive, go to T-Junction, turn right, go to end and look for Davis Drive. Your oasis awaits! Great for relaxation, remote workcation, yacht and film crews and short term rentals. Home is professionally cleaned according to health guidelines. Family Christmas Vacation 2018
This year our family of 6 adults spent our vacation in the Bahama's at a home owned by Brian Davis. His home was everything we were looking for, 3 bedrooms, 21/2 baths with a private pool. Brian was very easy to deal with, any questions we had he was quick to answer/handle. It was like being at home. Before we arrived he gave us information/internet links on activities, stores, and things for our family to do. Our adult children enjoyed the advantages of being in a private home to spread out and relax. The only things that they mentioned that would have made it better would have be if the pool was warmer, but it was a good size and very clean and did I mention PRIVATE. Thanks again for a vacation to remember Brian.
