We had a really great time. the location on the beautiful beach was great. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The buffet food was really quite good and had lots of variety (one of us has pretty significant dietary restrictions, but it was no problem at all), and we were able to book the specialty restaurants for dinner (which were all very nice). I was a bit apprehensive about an all-inclusive (we don't drink too much), but it was a super convenient seamless experience that we really enjoyed and would definitely return to!

The room floor was dirty. The glasses in the bar area were dirty. The room had a musty smell. It was extremely noisy - the music was so loud you could not communicate with bar staff. The food was mediocre. Not worth an "all inclusive" price, especially when tipping is strongly encouraged. You won't get service otherwise. You'll be ignored.

Overall had a good trip, but not great. Service overall was good, but it was clear if you asked for something that the individual server didn’t want to do, the common response was it’s broken or they are out. Our room was nice, but the A/C leaked, and would not cool the room efficiently. They fixed it and it leaked again. The weather was obviously not something they could control. Very windy. On average, 15 - 30 mph winds at the resort. If you went inland, it was much better. Restaurants, aside from the buffet, were challenging to get reservations in and food wasn’t great. Room service was another disappointment. Very limited menu and it took a long time to get our food. Do you get what you pay for? It’s close. If you are used to full service at the pools or really catered to, this might not be the best place for you.

Staff is excellent. Allier and Alphonso gave super service in the Atlantic. Staff was always keeping the areas clean. . We were here for our anniversary and were told our room had been upgraded. They also had a fruit tray in our room at check in. The only negative was entertainment. The only bar for a pre dinner drink was very crowded and not enough seats.

This was not the all inclusive resort that we are used to. Most of the staff we encountered were rude and unfriendly. The buffet food was cold and very greasy. There is bird poop all over the ground surrounding the pools and when you walk on it your feet get sticky. Our room had a nice view of the ocean but was right over a building that had a huge bird poop pool on top of it. It rained a few days and there were leaks from the ceiling all over the lobby. Whenever you stepped foot onto the beach you got bombarded by people asking if you wanted to rent a jet ski all day. You can only reserve restaurants two days out, so the first two days you are stuck asking if there are cancellations at all the restaurants which felt very annoying and unprofessional. The entertainment at night was okay, but is inside at the only bar open at night. There is nothing to do outside at night which I thought was sad being in the Caribbean. We ended up switching resorts to Sandals half way through our vacation and very happy we did.

The hotel is located at a very convenient location. Close to a lot of things. I would not recommend this hotel though. This hotel is not clean. Many times, we saw cockroaches in our rooms and at the restaurants. The food isn't great and a lot of the restaurants don't have availability. It is better to go to any other hotel than this one.

The RUI is a nice place to stay. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. Staff is super friendly. Food is phenomenal!

It was ok. The food is not good but its something to eat. The rom service is a joke the selection is very limited and not a good at all. I drink alot of water didnt touch the liquor nor the pop. I had to keep asking for water. The minin bar is only stocked until 7pm. Placed multiple orders for water and had to wait until the next day after i went down to the front desk. MARCOS DOES DELIVERY AND TRUST ME YOULL NEED THEM. go off the resort and explore.
