The most I can say about this resort is that the staff is A ! 5 stars is not enough. Our first time at an all inclusive and I’m not sure what I went in expecting but my expectations were blown away! Food was fantastic, something different each night with fan favorites offered each night. A cute entertainment show each night, daily activities at the pool and beach. Not much to do after 11:00pm so if you’re looking for an all night party, you may want to look elsewhere. Again, my rating is based mainly on the attention to detail and attentiveness of the 5 star staff!

They need a quieter alternative bar for evenings. Restaurants were not quite as good as expected. Buffet was very good. Staff was awesome, very friendly and accommodating. Also very clean.

Nice for a winter getaway. Slight dated. Some things not working as it should like exhaust in bathroom and tvs. Some things working. Plenty of food options. Plenty of drinks and activities. And plenty of friendly service. Lastly, plenty of sun and surf. Great value.

Facility was very nice as far as lobby, restaurants, etc. The rooms, however, need work and updating. Sink wouldn’t drain, A/C did not work properly, drawers in dressers wouldn’t close properly. Minor things in the room. We had a fabulous time and experience otherwise

Overall great hotel. Food was wonderful, and choices nice. staff nice and helpful. Fact that pool bar closed at 6pm is way to early. 8pm would be better. That left only 1 small crowded bar. There was no gift shop.

Honestly the only negative thing i can say about my trip was. My room was suppose to have 2 separate beds. It was me and my daughter that went and we arrived to the room and the to separate beds were pushed together to make a king bed. We made due for the week. The Bahamas were beautiful and the people and staff were amazing. We will hopefully be back soon.

I enjoyed my stay at the RIU, even though its a smaller RIU resort, it was comfortable. Amazing view, great service and delicious food! My favorite was the Jerk Hut. One thing that I noticed was our room was very moist and humid instead of a fully air conditioned room. However, I would recommend this hotel! Also very easy to get safe taxis outside the resort :)

Plenty of staff to help you with questions or directions. Variety of food dishes every meal. Lots of deck chairs by pool or on the beach. No need to leave resort if looking to relax and stay in one location

Had an amazing stay at Riu, staff was amazing and so fun, the ocean is beautiful and so refreshing. The beach was very clean with nice sand. The rooms were a little run down but not too bad for the price we paid. The food was good the buffet was our favorite but the restaurant were beautiful and the food was good. The sports bar was a nice spot to hang out once the pool bar closed, the pools were a little too warm a couple of the days but they are very nice and the pool bar was so fun. Everything was very clean all the workers were very clean. Definitely recommend staying here on a low budget, it’s more then worth it!

If you’re considering this property, do it. A very pleasant time awaits you; friendly & helpful staff, fun, entertainment. The food is very tasty, plenty of menu choices at all times. The rooms & beds are very comfy, clean, & spacious. The view is absolutely gorgeous!
