The room floor was dirty. The glasses in the bar area were dirty. The room had a musty smell. It was extremely noisy - the music was so loud you could not communicate with bar staff. The food was mediocre. Not worth an "all inclusive" price, especially when tipping is strongly encouraged. You won't get service otherwise. You'll be ignored.

We have been to this property several times. It continues to deteriorate. Air conditioning not working on entire floors, service is poor. Check in time is 4pm and we did not get a room till 7pm (and we registered the day before arrival). They never delivered our luggage to the room. My husband had to get it himself after 3 hours. Elevators were out of service for two days. I can go on and on. We will not return.

Its a lot smaller than I expected but that also made it more personal. If that makes sense. You quickly become familiar with the staff and other guests. Its a little outdated but it was clean. Overall, my husband and I enjoyed our stay.

Manager at front desk was horrible. No people skills. Rude as can be. Kicked us out at 11pm with no where to go and no help. Had reservations and she was adaement that we couldn't check in. Place looked shady. Hookers out front. Old men with underage girls girls. Looking back it was an opportunity for us to find somewhere else more accommodating. Good luck if you choose to book there. But who needs luck when your "paying" for the night and the young girls there. So disgusting.....

I had a great time with my friends nightly entertainment was good some of the staff were excellent and others not so much all the restaurants need a reservation but then they are always full but if you walk past they are not full we did ask the one night and they gave us a seating at one of them in case anyone canceled some of the staff at the beach were very accommodating and some don’t feel like helping with chair or umbrella The drinks were terrible everything is watered down even the wine

I just got back from my stay at RIUBahamas.We spent 5 days!I have to say it was a great stay and vacation. The majority of the staff was great, approachable, nice, helpful like La Linda, Tori, RJ in front desk, Julian at bell desk, Julian, Basil and Lauryn at Spa, Bernise at excursions table or Marco and Keenan at bar area. That being said there were somestragglers that can do better in their customer service. The property can use some additional renovations. There is a huge empty resort building next door that can be acquired and make this a dream of a resort but if not possible they can take the huge buffet area enclose it and make a casino as there are none on property, another restaurant as its very difficult to get a reservation or even a gaming room with bowling or another bar to have additional amenities. They should have a DJ every night in there 24 hour bar or have a night club where people can dance. There is enough space to make things happen. I would say the biggest issues we experienced is the no transportation from airport to resort and back if booked thru a 3-party like Expedia. First time in Bahamas and that should be an option not just if booked thru resort. The other issue is shocking the pools with so much chlorine it itches and irritates your body. The pools close way to early (6pm) not to have enough time after hours to “shock” or clean pool and ways to maintain it during the day.Saltwater pools might be a better option.Will recommend! Amazing time!

Ratchet crowd, not a business hotel. Only worth staying if you are okay around people getting sloshed and it was pretty stinky tbh. Good buffet

It was beautiful but not a whole lot to do other than swimming in oceans and swim up bar. small resort. excursions are pricey. So stayed around hotel for the most part. walked to Atlantis a few times.

The staff people hey are very unpleasant, by the beach some locals smoking marijuana and bothering with their sales. Around the pool cafeteria I saw few big rats.
