Worst experience ever
The property owner did not let us check in at 3 like stated in VRBO they said their check in time was 330 or I would need to pay an additional fee of $20.
The AC in one of the rooms stopped working on day 2. The other AC in the living started leaking on day 2 and then stopped working on day 3 they did not fix it until day 5 and then it was still leaking.
On day 5 the stove stopped working and they did not get it fixed during the remainder of our stay. They claimed it was getting fixed the same day then the next day and then made some excuse. When ultimately it seems they did not do their due diligence to have the property ready for guest. They did offer a butane burner stove as an alternative but these are not to be used indoors as they can cause carbon monoxide poisoning.
I tried to get a partial reimbursement for the $207 I spent on food for my party of for 2 days and they were unresponsive to me and to the VRBO reps.
I dropped my headphones behind one of the beds that had wood bottom and asked them to get them for me and they did not respond just keeps asking me what they looked like and to bare with them.
We also were made to pay an additional 140 the day before check in due to my kids.
They messaged me a lot during my stay claiming to want to make sure my stay was going well but ultimately took minimal to no action on issues that I brought up or to provide my reimbursement.
I would not recommend staying here unless you’re okay with all of these issues.
