Family-friendly!
This is probably the most family-friendly hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Many young couples with babies; tons of kids up to about 7 years old. They have lots of toys, books (in Japanese), and even special suites for those ages.

子供も大人も！クチコミ通り……
SNSで見て気になり家族で宿泊しました！ 子供達も凄く喜んでくれましたし、大人も快適に過ごす事が出来ました。お風呂やお部屋など清潔感もあり食事も美味しかったです。 強いて言うなら、朝食に納豆を置いて欲しかったです(笑)是非また行きたいし、千葉や他の場所にある系列も行ってみようと思いました！

冬季休暇中の施設が多く、4時前にチェックインしました。温泉を楽しもうと、隣の方と色々お話して、私は先日裏磐梯のメルキュールホテルを利用して、お酒が無料でサービスして下さる旨お話すると、その方も軽井沢のメルキュールホテルにお泊りになり、ディナーも素晴らしかったと。次回、滞在予定です。

大満足、上質空間でした
大浴場脇のリラクゼーションスペース、さすがメルキュール、センスの良いインテリア。パリのエスプリを感じさせます。 オールインクルーシブの宿に初めて宿泊しましたご感激したのはロビーでのドリンク、おつまみなどとても魅力的でつい長居してしまいます。 0時ぐらいまでオープンしてていただきたい。時間が足りないなと思いました。欲を言えばロビーの座席が少ない点、改善できると良いですね レストランも混むので余裕を持って行かれると良いと思います。 お子様連れも多かったですが、空間が広いのであまり気になりません。
