Family-friendly!
This is probably the most family-friendly hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Many young couples with babies; tons of kids up to about 7 years old. They have lots of toys, books (in Japanese), and even special suites for those ages.

お掃除をもっと頑張ってほしいです。特に水回り。お風呂の洗い場の角は赤カビやぬめりで汚く、髪の毛がかなりの量溜まってました。体を洗う場所なのに気分が悪くなるほどでした。 トイレの床もほこりや髪の毛が散乱していて、トイレ専用のスリッパも無く、館内を同じスリッパで歩くのは不衛生かな。 料理などは満足だったので残念です。

子供が楽しめる施設やビュッフェがとてもよかったです。乾燥機が混雑していたのでそこが充実するともっとよいと思いました。あとバーが終わる時間が早くて行けなかったので次があれば行ってみたいと思いました。

和室に泊まったのですが、破れた壁紙の修理が中途半端で終わってましたし、部屋にティシューペーパーすら置いていないのがとても不便。トイレと洗面所、バスタブも一緒のユニット形式だったのも不便で不満。朝食バイキングを食べるための予約もLINEを使わなければならないのが、便利なようで実は超面倒くさい。フロントで応対してくれた従業員さんも何処となく事務的。 もう一度利用したいかというと…そうでもないかな。

長期休暇中は子ども連れがメインになりますね。 那須エリアでは本施設に限りませんが、大多数がバブル時代の建物なので、ハード（建物、特に居室）の整備がさらに付加価値を高めるのは間違いないですね。

夫婦と成人した息子と、大人３人での利用。 事前に口コミでいろいろ書かれていたので心配だったが、とても気持ちよく利用できた。 小さいお子さん連れのご家族がほとんどだったし、レストランもとても賑やかだったが、スタッフもキビキビと動きイライラすることなどはなかった。 部屋もとても綺麗だった。

子連れで２日間宿泊させていただきました。室内外でキッズスペースがあり、天候が悪くても子供を遊ばせる場所があるのは助かりました。またプールはとても人気で大変混んでいましたが、うちも楽しませていただきました。プールの更衣室なのですが、床にすのこを引いておいてもらえるとよかったなと思います。

娘家族と宿泊しました。 以前他の地域の同ホテルに宿泊時しましたので安心して予約しました。 那須は子供連れにとって良いホテルでした。 孫たちも大喜びでした。 ただ、露天風呂が池のような匂いがしているように感じました。残念です。
