This was by far the single worse hotel I’ve ever stayed. The gave me a dirty room and told me they were full, everything smelled, nothing like the pictures on the website.

Tenho uma passado recheado de viagens pelo mundo e posso afirmar com toda certeza que foi o pior hotel em que fiquei na vida. A sensação foi de estar em um bordel de última categoria com portas e paredes imundas, chão forrado de cabelos (mesmo depois de haver reclamado). O ponto máximo foi o vaso sanitário quadrado com uma tampa redonda. Sinceramente, vcs precisam ter mais critério na seleção de hotéis ofertados.

Já no meu check in fui informado que não teria vaga para o meu carro, mesmo tendo sido ofertado na página do hotel. O carro dormiu vários dias na rua, até surgir uma vaga no estacionamento com pouquíssimas vagas ( nada disso informado na reserva). Depois na estadia os quartos além de sujos não apresentavam bom estado de funcionamento, tive que trocar de quarto 2 vezes e só não foi por 3 pq depois de ser distratado pelo gerente Fabiano, resolvi ficar onde estava, pq já tinha percebido que o problema era estrutural. No segundo quarto o banheiro alagava em cada banho e o ar condicionado não funcionava. Foi o manutencista que depois de ir duas vezes conseguiu amenizar o problema, apesar de parecer uma turbina de avião em funcionamento. Café da manhã fraquíssimo e jantar pior ainda, com aproveitamento de muita coisa do café, ou seja nada fresco, chegou até servirem uma feijoada de 3 dias atrás. Hotel que deveria passar por uma boa reforma e treinar todos os funcionários, principalmente os líderes, que precisam entender que o hóspede paga para ter o mínimo de respeito e conforto, afinal, pagou-se pelo serviço.

O hotel é incrível, fica bem perto da praia, a piscina é excelente, e o café da manhã é muito bom. Sempre que vou para Natal nem procuro mais acomodação, esse sempre cai como melhor custo benefício. Estacionamento interno e outro externo em frente ao hotel.
