Fair not great
The Villa Park Hotel is probably a good choice it you want to be near the stadium or shopping mall, but it is not convenient if you want to go to the beach. Although the room seemed clean, the bed cover had some nasty stains on it. The mattress was not comfortable and the pillows seemed to be encased in a plastic cover. The TV was tiny, not much bigger than the monitor on my computer. Parking was very convenient and safe in a secured underground garage. The hotel was a fair value for what we paid, but it is by no means a four star hotel. We were also charged a 10% service fee in addition to what we paid Expedia when we checked out, which no other Brazilian hotel charged us in our travels.

Fiquei de outras vezes no Villa Pan. Dei nota máxima. Dessa vez, fiquei no quarto 810. Tinha no corredor, próximo da porta, voltado para área e terna, uma hélice de exaustor barulhento. O porta shampoo não saía shampoo, tava travado.

Nota 3. Sendo bem generoso.
Bom atendimento na recepção. Simpatia durante os processos de check-in e check-out foram destaque nesse quesito. Melhores práticas de segurança quanto ao acesso aos quartos e às demais dependências do hotel, contanto, podem e devem ser adotadas. Pessoas entram e saem do prédio sem a devida checagem dos responsáveis no que se refere à real condição de hóspedes daquelas pessoas naquele momento. Já todo o atendimento no restaurante durante o café da manhã, do início ao fim, deixa muito a desejar. Funcionários sisudos e sem disponibilidade alguma em servir, ajudar ou auxiliar os hóspedes no que for preciso. Sequer RESPONDEM um "bom dia!". Nota ZERO neste quesito. Boa localização. Banheiro limpo, embora pouco iluminado. Colchão da cama MUITO DURO E DESCONFORTÁVEL.
