Great Place after camping in Torres del Paines!
Clean, comfortable and centrally located to the center of town. Helpful 24/7 staff and satiating breakfast after being on the W-Trail.

Property was modern, and I loved the staricase.. so simple and striking. The room was moern, and although on ground floor at the back end of the buiding, the view was of a wall, but it didn't matter. I was only there a night, but it was a great room and I enjoyed the stay.

This hotel does NOT have air-conditioning. If you are booking it for that reason do not. Rooms are airless boxes with small windows. Staff nice. Parking outside easy. Very overpriced.

Great central location. Very clean and nice with comfy beds, and wonderful bathrooms with large rainfall shower. Nice breakfast. Some hall echo acoustic issues due to concrete wall and open space of the stairs opposite to the doors of all rooms, but I would stay here again!

Stunning interior design, warm and modern at the same time. The beds are comfortable and clean The breakfast buffet will please those who want to keep a healthy diet: it offers amazing fresh fruits, tea selection and an overall array of pastries, cheese and cold cuts. The WiFi is spotty in the rooms. The Parking door was broken so we could not use it and street parking is not that easy. The pool Is smaller than expected, not really meant for swimming. Perfect for relaxing. Would have liked a jacuzzi to soothe hiking legs

Staff was fantastic, helpful, giving us directions to the restaurants, market, stores. Every location was in walking distance. We didn’t bring a adapter, they provided two for us to charge our phones right away and we bought one nearby. Bed was comfortable.

Noisy Hotel with Poor service
Out of the three hotels I stayed at in Puerto Natales, this was the worst hotel. The halls and rooms had a strong odor from the recent renovation. The "pool" was under renovation and not able to be used. The hotel does not even have a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign for there rooms. Noise travels very easily with the tile floors and you can hear conversations throughout the hotel.

The hotel proudly displays a pool as their primary photo. However, the pool has been renovated for the past month and likely will not be ready until the end of Sept. Make sure you check with the hotel to make sure it is operational if that is the reason you are staying here like I was. The hotel also had a strong paint odor as they recently remodeled. The smell was so strong in my room I had to open the windows to the room and close the bathroom door. Also, noise travels very easily in the hotel due to all the tile. You can hear conversations down the hall and hear your neighbor's toilet flush. Also, they do not even have "Do not Disturb" signs for the rooms which can cause problems. Breakfast was very basic and was not set up on time so if you have an early departure or tour than you are out of luck. The worst hotel out of the three hotels I stayed at in Puerto Natales.

Good hotel near town easy to walk to restaurants free parking and very close to Balmechieda glacier office. Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff with a lot of information. Willing to book tours for you.

Stay here if you are in Puerto Natales
If you are going to stay in Puerto Natales And you have usd100 per night then stay in this hotel ! Pretty new , comfortable bed , hot water , in the middle of the town! Just 2 mins from the main square . They can organize daily tour to Torres del paine with great price . Much better price than online agent ....

The man at the front desk was nice and arranged for my trip next day. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was nice, but too small. Breakfast was OK.

Best for doing the W Treck
Excellent Service and hotel. We stayed there before we did the W Treck and again after. When we returned it was quiet late at night. The front desk was waiting for us...room key on the counter. Could not have been better considering how tired we were. Quick tip, they have a great storage room for bags if you are doing the W Treck.

Mixed bag in the center of Puerto Natales
Stuffy room with no air-con, and opening the window was hard due to the gimmicky blinds. The "swimming pool" is just an oversize hot tub with lots of pointy underwater shelves -- not recommendable for swimming. Nice shower, good breakfast and great location just off the main square. Brand new building already starting to come apart at the seams. Superb views.

Natalino was a terrific place. Breakfast was delightful, there were wonderful sitting spaces, the beds were very comfortable, and the location in Puerto Natales was super. Also, the staff was helpful and friendly.
