"This is the second time I have stayed there in a 1 bedroom suite. Well equipped kitchen .... there is a small restaurant on the property. Staff is friendly and pleasant all through the property. Huge pool with water slide and a very nice lazy river to tube. Grounds are meticulously kept! Beautiful garden area with pergolas . Great yoga instructor Thomas is available 4 days a week. He is well trained and precise with poses. Staff did respect that I wan not going to buy a time share because of our age. Rates can go up significantly on weekends as it's super close to Sea World. Outstanding property and staff!"

"When you first walk in we were immediately welcomed with a greet and a smile. Thru out our stay staff were eager to help and assist. Very satisfying & comforting. Lobby was clean, in order, inviting, colorful and cozy. Flavored water was a treat. Loved the available coffee thru out our start in lobby as well. Room is very clean, comfortable and VERY roomy. All sheets on bed and bed in couch are clean ( avaliable upon request). Restroom had all amenities needed to provide a daily assistance. Floors, TV, lamps lighting, AC/HEATER, desk chair & dresser drawers worked very well. Comfortable. Pool area was very clean and very well kept. The hot tub was HOT & amazingly relaxing. The ONLY reason why we chose this hotel to check in to was the got tub. At the time of our stay, jets in tub did not work, but heat was not in short supply. Extremely happy about the pool area. Laundry worked great. Washed & dried cloths prefect. Front desk has all laundering materials needed at a decent fee. The only downfall experience we ran into was the location of hotel. Not all that, BUT facilitate has security policing the area 24/7. Plus gates indoor were locked to outdoor access. I would STILL recommend this location. Can't wait to go back!!!"
