The staff we’re trying to fight in front of guests
An employee was fired and the other staff attempted to fight her as she left the hotel in front of several of the guests in my room to include an 8 yr old child. One of the guests in my room had to intervene to break up the altercation and escort the fired employee to their car to prevent the other employees from attacking her.

Positive experience
We’ve never encountered a friendlier staff. There were a few quirks such as shower doors off track. We were upgraded to a nicer room because window blinds were not functioning. Property is under renovation so some problems will be resolved no doubt.

Ok stay
They are doing renovations so clerk set up at folding table in lobby. Had to wait a good 25 minutes because she was helping someone get a roll away bed and she was alone. Grown men fighting on 4th floor Saturday night kept us awake. I mean banging on doors and stomping around right outside my room 423 clerk was very friendly. Breakfast was ok.

The staff were great! The place is being renovated so things were a little more unorganized but the main thing was that it was hot in the hall ways and into the room. We went and bought a $40 fan to help cool down the room but other than that we enjoyed our time.

During the stay, large cockroaches on multiple occasions were found even in 2:30 am. They were flying over my face and ceiling. I guess this entire building require immediate pest control. But hotel refused to refund my hotel stay.

Some construction going on. 3-13-24 Limited elevator service. No hot water for morning shower. Lavatory faucet handle not attached well. Television channel selection clumsy. Worse Hampton Inn in my experience. Hopefully better in future.

Very nice and big rooms , comfortable beds, love the pillows . I would definitely talk to the housekeeping the bathroom wasn’t clean had hair in the shower, the sink needs to be unclogged doesn’t drain good . Room needs a good cleaning needs to smell fresher smelled little musty. The location was great easy to find and close to everything. Michelle M

Pleasant hote
Billing issue at check-in but they resolved fairly quickly. Some guest was beating on a door at 2, 3, and 4 am but I didn't feel safe opening our door as people are too unpredictable. Food was great. Room and bed clean. Carpet smelled though. All staff was excellent. Location is excellent. Hotel is beginning to show it's age though.
