The hotel was great! Very clean, in walking distance to everywhere we had planned to go. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was delicous! The beds were super comfy! We had a great view of the river. It is a very old hotel, so there were a few things that weren't perfect, but they were very minor things. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Natchez.

Had to pay a 20.23 dollar fee that was not expected and that was after already paying a 59.00 fee, hotel is over priced. Was listed at 89.00 a room and it cost we 150.00 when all said and done

Pleasantly surprised by the Property. Older Property (Very Stately- Similar to Hotels in New Orleans); however, part of the Vibe. Rooms very clean- sheets and blanket smelled very clean and even came close to thinking they ironed the sheets. A/C worked very well; Water Pressure great with hot water. Wonderful location to Under the Hill (bar and restaurants) and walking along the River (beautiful sunsets and sunrises). Felt very safe. Breakfast was so so good and the workers in the restaurant were exceptional and very friendly. Have been talking our stay up with all our friends and family- Will definitely stay there again!!!!

I booked this hotel via hotels.com website and choose the pay at property option. Since I have used this option before, I did not think that I would have any trouble. I received several notifications where the property ran the charges for the room before I checked in. This happened on at least 3 occasions. On the day of my check-in, I spoke with a representative that told me I would have to pay at least 3 days of my hotel stay in order to keep the reservation or it would be cancelled by 5pm that evening. Since my flight did not land until 7pm and I would have to travel another 2 hours to the venue, this was impossible. I was also told due to it being an event, that I needed to pay in advance for a portion of my stay. I did end up paying for a portion of the stay over the phone but having to worry about a booked reservation during a travel day was very disheartening.

Gorgeous
This was absolutely a beautiful hotel. I would highly recommend it if you get the chance is that’s very close to the river. It’s within walking distance to some of the historical sites. There was plenty of parking. The property itself is beautiful. The room was spacious, bathrooms were so big.

They are right on the Mississippi and you can ask for a river view. Beds are comfortable. Walking area along the Mississippi right in frontt of hotel,beautiful walk. We were lucky enough to have a blues band playing in the gazebo across the street in the evening. Not a problem with sound in the room, but so lovely to be able to sit on the grass and listen and watch people having fun.

Paid for river view room got on the second floor could barely see the river. They will not check you in one second before 4pm. The lady is rude. When got to our room at 4:10 they didn’t have towels and finally brought towels after 5 pm. Location is convenient. Loud. Could hear people above you and the whole room rattles when you walk. AC is very loud!
