We like to stay here when visiting family in San Diego. Very clean and nice hotel. They decorate for the Holidays. My only complaint this time was that the bathrooms are starting to show some wear and tear and just taking care of rims around the sink will be nice. There was a malfunction with our sink but the front desk sent someone within a few minutes and it was resolved. But the most important part is that we feel safe at this location.

Once I booked this hotel, I Immediately noticed I booked in the wrong city! Best Western would not let me cancel the reservation. Once we arrived we were able to check in, everything looked ok in the room until the loud music started playing from the restaurant, we could not even hear the tv much less turn the tv off to go to sleep! We started our day of travel at 4am so we just wanted to relax and unwind. According to the desk clerk, they play the loud music every weekend! I mentioned it would have been nice if they started on the website about the loud music. She said they have something there on the website. I didn’t see anything. We will not be back! We do not recommend this hotel!
