The only negative thing I can think of was that dining staff had a very violent and graphic movie playing on the screens while we were eating our breakfast. I was not pleased with this. Otherwise the rest of our experience was pleasant.

Very safe building, you need a key to operate the elevator. Staff very friendly. Looks like the entire place was just remodeled. Free breakfast was good. I would stay here again, a great value! Not much in the neighborhood, but I did go for a short daytime walk and felt safe.

The hotel is great! Clean and good service. The problem Is that the area doesn’t feel that safe and the nearest store I was told is around 4 blocks away. If you are road traveling and not looking to go out the hotel just making a stop in CDMX this hotel is excellent! the bicentenario bridge to cross the city is just around the corner.
