Marconi by Totiaran

Marconi is a bright duplex apartment on the 3rd floor, boasting excellent views. It is located in the new residential complex of Val de Ruda, right by the slopes at Baqueira Beret's 1500 m elevation mark. The property enjoys a prime location, with easy access to the nearby gondola. An ideal location for skiing enthusiasts. Marconi is a 110-m2 unit distributed on two floors. The first level, covering 85 m2, consists of a spacious living room carefully designed in the Becara style, a dining area with a fireplace, a 46-inch TV, Play Station, connections for a hard drive, camera, etc, stereo supporting the iPhone/iPod, and a closet to conveniently store ski clothes. The entire living room overlooks the terrace, which offers mountain views. The kitchen is semi-integrated and separated from the living room by a large column. It is fully equipped with the finest features and amenities (Vista Alegre porcelain, Nespresso machine, etc.). On the same floor there is a bedroom with a 180-cm double bed, a 32" flatscreen TV, and en en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are served by a second bathroom with a tub. There is one bedroom for 3 people, with a single bed, a trundle bed and a fold-out bunk. The other, also for 3 people, has a single bed and two bunks. Both bedrooms are modern, and guests can fold away the bunks to enjoy more space, if they wish. On the second floor we have a master bedroom with marvellous views, and lots of charm thanks to its sloping, 4-m roof, 32-in flat screen TV, 180-cm Tatami-type double bed, and a high-quality bathroom featuring modern materials, including a built-in rainforest shower. The apartment includes two parking spaces and two ski storage closets. From the parking area there is direct access to the gondola via lifts, which take guests right to the entrance/lift ticket checkpoint. Enjoy your stay and all the conveniences of skiing while staying at a newly built apartment located right on the slopes, and the incredible natural setting surrounding the Val de Ruda complex.
