Pool heat is set at 83 degrees, REQUEST FOR TEMPERATURE INCREASE WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL FEES. POOL CANNOT BE HEATED MID NOVEMBER-FEBRUARY 29. In addition, pool is NOT heated when outdoor temperature is below 55 degrees day or night, anytime of the year.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT NOTICE: Please be aware 1 day prior to your check out date, your credit card will post a pending/hold damage deposit of $1,500.
If no damage is present after departure, the hold will be lifted 5-7 business days after check out.
If damage is present, your credit card hold will be charged accordingly.
