This stunning 2 bedroom and 2 bath Condo sits directly on the white sand beaches, emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, longest fishing Pier on the Gulf of Mexico, and sun kissed sky views!

Professionally renovated in November 2023; including luxurious linens and towels to provide the pampering you deserve. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, facial wipes, razors and shaving cream are also provided.

We are located walking distance to several restaurants and to the pier. The Regency has a beautiful pool, outdoor grill area and plenty of parking.

Beach chairs are in the unit provided for your enjoyment. There are also beach towels for guest use.

Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons (any unused rental monies will not be refunded):

*Exceeding maximum occupancy.
*After first warning for disruptive behavior.
*Bringing any type of pet into the home.
*Smoking/Vaping in or around the home.
*Violating any of the house rules as defined in the rental agreement.

Cancellation Policy: In the event you elect to cancel your booking, 100% refund will be given 60 days before check-in and 50% refund 30-60 days before check-in. Otherwise, no refund.
Date/stay changes cannot be altered after the booking has been made.
