## Space

An authentic Bergerie rebuilt in housing, with a parking spot and an independent entrance via wooden stairs.

Outside, take to the heights on a private wooden terrace with garden tables and chairs for dining, but also comfortable deckchairs to enjoy the quiet garden.

Lobby directly overlooking a kitchen with a large family table (6pers), and fully equipped (oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction cooking, and all the necessary to cook).

For coffee lovers, you can enjoy the Nespresso machine, the bodum or the filter coffee maker. For cheese lovers, a raclette and fondue set are at your disposal.

The TV corner is equipped with a comfortable convertible bed (140x200), and many entertainment (television, dvd player, board games, toys, magazines ...) .

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x200), and plenty of storage.
Large walk-in shower, workbench with washbasins, towel warmer, shelf with mirrors, washing maxhine. Separate toilets.

Velux with view on the mountains!

The household linen is provided for all (towels, bedsheets, tea towels).

## Interaction

La Conciergerie du Lac will welcome you warmly upon your arrival to give you the keys and show you the accommodation. They will be your contact during the whole stay in case of need!
Arrivals are possible between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. After 9 p.m. , if an autonomous arrival is not feasible in your accommodation, a supplement of € 20 will be requested.
