Inez saved the day!
Parking is on-site and convenient for 7€ per day. The garage is tight but there are levels. Check-in was quick and smooth. We were given info about the hotel, and also told our room was one of the best, so we were eager to see it. We were on the 5th floor where the sun deck and swimming pool are located. Unfortunately, our keycard wouldn’t work for our room, so a nice Housekeeper let us in when I showed her our room assignment. The room seemed very clean and bright with a great view of the ocean from the balcony, but we couldn’t ignore that there was a strong odour that smelled like mouldy water or vomit coming from the carpet/flooring. It also smelled like vanilla perfume or essential oil was sprayed next to the entrance in an attempt to mask the smell, but we were so tired and hungry from the drive that we decided to eat first and address the room later. When we returned from lunch, the Manager re-programmed our keycard, which still didn’t work, so my partner went back down to reception to ask for a completely new card and also complain about the smell in the room, which they then sent a Concierge up with him to test the key and confirm the smell. Inez (Concierge) was very sweet and confirmed her card worked but ours didn’t, and once she smelled the room, she advised she would have another room ready for us whenever we wanted. We went back out for dinner and upon our return, Inez had keys for the new room already prepared. She was amazing! Breakfast was great as well.

Very well kept hotel 2 blocks from the beach. It was easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. I wish I knew the name of the restaurant but we had an amazing seafood boat while in Nazaré. Great experience.

We loved Nazare !! It was our favorite stop in all of Portugal! And this hotel is the absolute BEST EVER !! Parking is only $7.00 a night which is awesome because parking in Nazare can be difficult... breakfast was delicious! The rooftop deck was wonderful with a great view and relaxing sun chairs...but most if all...the staff was absolutely amazing here !! Would definitely go back !

We like the location for its walking proximity to the beach and a lot of dining options. Parking underground of hotel is very convenient, albeit a little tight. We took elevator from parking garage into the hotel lobby. Reception staff (Nesi and Juju) are very pleasant to deal with. Breakfast is very good with plenty of selections. Overall a great stay before heading to Lisbon for our flight home and driving trip to Porto and the Douro valley.

Parking right in the hotel which is crucial in Nazare. The parking lot is tight and the spots are close together, so you have to be careful. But it is underground and safe. The hotel had friendly staff and a great bartender. We enjoyed the location being so close to main tourist area and near both quick food options and restaurants. We enjoyed strolling along and shopping at the shops and the beach was really close as well. The pool required pool caps which is so old fashioned and weird! We use the pool even though it was warm enough outside, because we were not going to wear swimming caps just to dip in and cool off. We loved it! Breakfast was fantastic with so many choices, and the food was prepared deliciously. The coffee was amazing! Lots of families were staying there, and it seemed to be a good location for families.
