I purchased two different rooms one studio and one bedroom and when I got to check in they checked me in to the wrong room which was the studio after I told the front desk that I will like to be in the one bedroom instead of the studio..both rooms were already paid for so I immediately came down to the front desk to tell them about the mistake they suggested that I pay another $200 for another room after they charged me $200 for the deposit for the wrong room, I told them I wasn’t able to make that purchase because they already took the money.. I’ve sat there for 2 hours asking can I get accommodated I’ve got disrespected by one of the employees he was really rude I asked for the manager he told me it’s no need to talk to the manager because she will tell me the same thing which is to put another deposit down after I did it already. After a while he stopped responding to me after I was asking him questions blantly ignoring me .. If they had told me what kind of room it was before I put down the deposit it would be no issue but to assume that they will give me the 1 bedroom because that’s what I asked for they just gave me a key and a room number.. I will not be coming back here and I still have not talked to the manager no one reached out to me they just took my money
