A perfect blend of upscale and accommodation. Staff is beyond courteous. We dealt like treasured guests. Perfectly located in the heart of Chicago. Dining overlooking the city was splendid. Room was clean and well appointed. We will return.

Great location and the staff is fantastic The property is beginning to show its age. Could use a bit of a refresh. Carpets are stained, fixtures are worn and broken It’s still ok for now but won’t be long till it’s off our list of places if it’s doesn’t get some TLC

We stayed at the Omni for the Chicago marathon. My husband ran and we brought our 4 kids to watch (age range 5-13). It was very expensive, but worth the splurge because we were so close to the route and able to see him 3 times in east walking distance. I also love to shop so the location didn’t hurt! Another benefit is that we had a bedroom with a door so my husband could sleep nights before the race while the rest of us stayed up.

Great hotel and location. A bit dated but has great charm. Only downside is windows aren't soundproofed so the sirens can be loud at night. Overall would stay again.

Our family did a little get away for Fall Break. We chose the Omni for location and the all suites for our family of 5. Plenty of room, hot water, clean towels and linens. The staff was the nicest staff of anywhere we’ve stayed. Every single person we encountered was absolutely amazing.

reserved 2Q w/ pullout coach. Did not have a room for us, so put us in Q w/ coach and delivered bed, but coach was not a pullout, so had to have second twin delivered late--not comfortable. We were four, 2 sleeping in a hide-a-bed. We asked for extra blankets and pillows. I asked 3 times the first evening, once in person, twice by phone, and even though I was assured every time that "it's coming up right away", none ever came. I asked again the second day, but only got the blankets. I gave up. The staff at the main desk was polite, but unfriendly. I would not stay in that hotel again.

Parking was priced over the internet advertised rate, and was not aware of self parking option when I asked in front did not get a positive response. A microwave in rooms would be a nice improvement.
