Beautiful room but space not what we booked
Beautiful and very clean king suite in a nice area with convenient access to Oak St Beach and the magnificent mile shopping district. The suite had a nice kitchenette amenities. We did book a king suite room for four adults, but the sofa bed was definitely not a double (possibly a full?) and that is not comfortable for four adults. We asked for a rollaway and were told we were not permitted one in that room. Construction in the lobby area meant limited seating during breakfast and no lobby bathrooms.

The staff was so friendly and helpful when asking a question. I would have like to have new towels and trash emptied since we had been there 3 nights. The front desk was under construction as well as the gym so we couldn’t use that either. Overall, our room was very big and nicely decorated.

The house keeping was always in a bad mood. They staff was nice, but it was just okay. The breakfast was the same thing everyday with minimal changes...after 7 days it gets really old. The hotel needs to work on having more and better customer service quality....everything.

We did not like the hotel for these reason , During the time that I and my young children stayed at the hotel, there was a construction work that woke us up every day early in the morning and throughout the day we were unable to rest, the noise was really loud and scary for the children

It’s a very dated hotel and it definitely needs a refurbishment. But it’s clean and the staff are friendly and professional. It was disappointing that room cleaning/ tidying up does not happen every day.
