Guest Access:
You will enter the home through the main entry door located to the right of the garage. This home features a smart lock and an individual door code will be sent to you one to two days before your check-in date. This code will be active during your entire stay

Seasonal pricing in effect for winter months. Open to potentially accommodating alternate pricing. Feel free to inquire for more information.

***Important Putting Green Note*** If guest is found to not adhere to the posted rules of the putting green, you will be responsible for the cost of any damage. Guests are responsible to bring their own golf balls and putters

Renters must be 25 years of age or older.

Propane is provided for the grill.

No fires outside of the permitted fire pit/ring

If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.

Parties are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500.

No pets allowed. If there is evidence of pets in the unit tenant will be charged $200.
