You get what you pay for. The property is a bit of a walk to historic downtown but a great price comparably. Breakfast was mediocre- but the front desk and housekeeping Staff are all Wonderful!!

The room smelled gross, the bed extremely uncomfortable, even the floors felt dirty; we literally had to buy some cheap sandals to shower because of the condition of the bathroom floor.

Quick staycation from Orlando - upon entry, the room has a strong smell of vinegar which lasted the duration of the visit. For the price of the visit, it was fine. The breakfast was good and had variety.

The room was disgusting, it didn't even look like it had been clean. There was left overs in the fridge from the visitors before. We literally spent the first 30 minutes cleaning because we had our one year old daughter with us in which I didn't feel comfortable letting her walk around until we cleaned it. I did appreciate that we were able to extend due to the storm but that's about it.

Parking fee, I did not see that on the app when booking. Pet fee, which is fine and understandable $50, BUT days after I see a $250 charge on my card. I call and ask about it and apparently they say we left the room damaged? We did NOT! The rooms weren’t very clean, nothing but a little side area of mulch to walk your dogs. There was a tiny piece of trim at the room door that was barely attached when we got there, it was bumped and came off. So I guess instead of the $50 pet fee covering that, they can also charge $250 to fix something that costs what, $2 without even contacting me about anything first. If you stay here take pics off the room before and after. I’ve learned my lesson.

The extra fees were excessive. I have NEVER paid to park before. Plus, the pet fee was high. TV controller was broken when we got there. Buttons were literally work off. Bed was pretty stiff. And, the room had a musty smell. Liked the vinyl floor. Loved the walk in shower. As a handicap person, it was wonderful not having to step over a curb. Breakfast bar was excellent. Window shade blocked all the outdoor light which was excellent. And, good door lock.
