We were very disappointed with the accommodation Smelt mouldy, crampy, the shower had very little water coming out I would never recommend this motel The website was very misleading Loud party in the next unit until 1.30 am

It was great being across the road from the beach. The room was very small & you wouldn't want to stay in it for more than I1 night. There was no heating.

The unit needed a small amount of maintenance. One bedside lamp globe was blown and the bathroom vanity taps leaked slightly. The unit itself was clean, tidy and well presented with cutlery and crockery, kettle, toaster and microwave. It had all I needed to enjoy my stay.

I did not enjoy waking up to find bugs crawling in my bed. I have NEVER experienced that before. That did not offer any compensation when I told and sent them a video of the creature crawling on the sheets.

This an older style 80s brick veneer hotel in Nelson Bay. It is well located to the main waterfront area and eateries, approximately a10-15 minute walk away. Check in was very easy with a friendly text message greeting from Wayne including an access code and room number sent after I booked online. Parking was onsite in front of the room. It was a cool evening in Nelson Bay and heating was required, the reverse air con worked well and warmed up the room quickly, we had a pleasant surprise visit from a young gentleman from the hotel providing a lovely thick extra blanket for the bed. Overall for the price it was quite satisfactory for an over night stay.
