Very comfortable 3 room apartment on the 4th floor of the 'Dents Rousses' apartment building. The apartment is 103 m2, generously laid out, and has a large balcony on the southern side, one balcony to the northern side and a open loggia. Beautiful view of the mountains in the south and the Rhone valley in the north. The living / dining room offers access to internet via LAN, TV, DVD, hi-fi, bar and an open fireplace. Free underground parking.


First class skiing and hiking area: Beautiful skiing and hiking region! Overnight tours available (huts). In summer: sunrise on the Mont Fort (3.330 m) -an experience not to be missed.
250 kilometres of walks to reach the summits. Discover the natural wealth of the region at your own pace. The paths that run alongside the Bisses (ancient open water pipes) have the advantage of being relatively flat, passing through very varied locations and always providing surprising detours through the valleys, villages and mountains.

Perfect summer getaway
Though Sion, the city below Nendaz, had temperatures in excess of 30C, Siviez had temperate weather suitable for the enjoyment of the outdoors. This flat has all the conveniences one would hope for: well-equipped kitchen, spacious layout, comfortable sofas, and two washrooms. Those who do not know the area should note that there is no grocery in Siviez, though there is a restaurant open breakfast through dinner in the building. This was my third time staying for one week and I hope to return for a two-week stay in the future.

Second weeklong stay in summer at this meticulously maintained apartment. Everything in excellent order: 5G wifi, kitchen, etc. Restaurant dining available only steps away. Immediate access to trails: bisses, ridges, and peaks await you. A perfect summer getaway spot.

This a large lodging with a well-outfitted kitchen and outstanding access to trails. Those not familiar with the area may not know that they will need to go to Haute-Nendaz for groceries, but the quiet of Siviez outweighs that small inconvenience. Wifi is also super. Highly recommended.

EINFACH PERFEKT!!!
Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar, zu Fuss nur ein paar Minuten von den Skiliften entfernt. Sie ist geräumig und wirklich in einem exzellenten Zustand: Zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett (eines hat noch ein zusätzliches Klapp- sowie ein Gitterbett), ein grosses Badezimmer mit Badewanne und WC, ein zweites, separates WC mit Lavabo, eine offene Küche, die keinerlei Wünsche offen lässt, ein grosser Esstisch, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, drei Balkone, Cheminée, zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheit für 2 weitere Personen im Wohn-/Esszimmer. Skiraum mit zwei abschliessbaren Schränken im EG, vor der Wohungstür Schränke für die Skischuhe. Autoabstellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei, es hat einen DVD-Player, einen Fernseher, zahlreiche DVD und CD sowie Bücher. Im EG zwei Restaurants; bei den Skiliften ein kleiner Supermarkt, ansonsten gute Einkaufmöglichkeiten in Nendaz. Siviez (Super-Nendaz) selber ist wunderbar gelegen; die Liftanlagen gehen in drei verschiedene Richtungen (Gentiane/Mont-Fort - Verbier, Nendaz, Thyon). Im Winter ist ein Zufahrt auf den Skiern bis zum Haus möglich. Das Skigebiet der "Quatre Vallées" ist eine absolute Wucht! Fazit: Jederzeit wieder; wir haben bereits für nächstes Jahr gebucht und freuen uns sehr.
