The open-plan living/dining room is bright, airy & spacious. Wide patio doors extend the living space onto the shaded outdoor terrace. A grand “L” shaped sofa fills the living space and is perfect for extended families. There is a flat-screen TV including a vast range of UKTV channels, fast Wi-Fi internet, and additional air-conditioning (see terms).
The adjoining dining area includes seating for 6, with outdoor access via additional patio doors.
Kitchen
The fully integrated kitchen is equipped with everything required for family catering. Finished to an extremely high standard, appliances include; washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The kitchen and dining room spaces are partially separated by an adjoining breakfast bar for two people.
