Nerja Paradise Rentals - Villa Verania

Villa Verania is a contemporary three-bedroom villa with a very large south facing terrace and private pool. The villa has private access from the road and parking for one vehicle within the grounds.

The villa is located in the enviable area near the Parador Hotel - just a short walk down to Burriana Beach and a 15-minute stroll into the historic centre of Nerja and the famous Balcón de Europa. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops within a short walk of the villa. Villa Verania is next door to our Villa Daisy - and near all of our properties in the Parador area.

To one side of the entrance hall is a twin bedroom and to the other a separate shower room with toilet and wash basin and the open plan living room/diner and modern kitchen area. From the lounge/diner area are sliding patio doors leading out to the large terraced area equipped with patio furniture and a barbecue for dining and relaxing al fresco. Further terraces surround the private pool where there are 6 sun-loungers for soaking up the sun.

On the 1st floor there is a further twin bedroom with separate shower room and the king-size master bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower room. From the master bedroom patio doors open onto a private terrace which overlooks the pool area and has views to the sea and over the town. A staircase leads to the roof terrace which also offers stunning views down over the town to the sea.

Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all rooms. The villa has private off-street parking and private pool (4.9m x 2.8m and 1.35 - 1.55 m depth).

All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

The local caves – Cueva de Nerja – and the neighbouring hillside “Pueblo Blanco”, Frigiliana, are incredible must-sees during your stay. Further afield but within easy reach there are waterparks, aquariums, zoos, golf courses, the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountain range with fabulous skiing over the winter months and the beautiful Andalusian cities of Málaga, Seville, Cordoba and Granada. Nerja has a great network of public transport – or you can hire a car to discover the area at your own pace.

Don’t stay here if you have a hire car
The Villa is in a central location however the parking access is too narrow and with a high pavement kerb made getting the car in/out of the driveway very difficult , there is very limited on street car parking so this made staying here with a car extremely stressful. Otherwise the villa was clean and modern.
