This is a nice little resort. We enjoyed the room and the restaurant very much. The pool is ok but water could be of better quality. The personal is often young people from france and they are usually clueless about the island itself but I guess we can figure it out ourselves. Very quiet evenings, we were wondering if anyone lives there lol

Loved all the sculptures and artwork throughout the property. It created a great atmosphere! Restaurant was great.

The staff are not accommodating. There aren’t any elevators to reach to the 3rd floor of the property. I was responsible for carrying all of my luggage upstairs to the room. The menu doesn’t have much variety of choices. I went to the spa because I wanted a facial and the spa isn’t anything I expected it to be . The furniture was all thrown around and unorganized. I’d never stay her again.

The artwork and overall design create a stylish and inviting atmosphere. Pros: • The rooms are spacious, and the balconies are generously sized, offering plenty of room to relax. • Housekeeping was reliable and punctual, ensuring the rooms were cleaned daily without any issues. • The location offers scenic views, especially from the restaurant, which is set up in a beachfront style (although the area is more of a harbor than a swimmable beach). Cons: • The location is somewhat remote, with no nearby attractions or amenities within walking distance. While the closest attraction is only about a 10-minute drive away, walking would take over an hour. A 10-minute drive might seem like it would have a low fare, but transportation costs here are high, with round trips to attractions costing around $50–$60 due to the limited availability of Uber or rideshare services. While there is a public bus stop nearby, it’s not as convenient as having a rental car, which is highly recommended to save time and money. • The restaurant earns a 3.5/5. While the service was excellent, the food itself was average—typical Marriott-style breakfast that wasn’t particularly memorable. Thanks to the staff we had a wonderful stay! The grounds and room were in excellent condition with the lone exception of faded/peeling paint on exterior art (a very minor issue).

This is not a 4 star hotel. It's more like a motel. The rooms are very small and many have views of the parking lot. Some staff are very rude including the owner who scolded me for asking for towels. I don't know who does the ratings but I think it is a 3 star at best.

This is not a 4 star hotel. It's run down. The restaurant is poorly run, albeit a picturesque location. Rooms are sparse. There's no real beach, it has concrete erosion barriers; however I'm not sure you'd want to swim in the lagoon. The docks are a failed construction project, dangerous for children. It has a certain Je ne sais quoi, which is dirty charm. Great nearby restaurants.

Best hotel in St. Martin
Hotel was so lovely. Lots or Art pieces! Ground was very nice. Very beautiful location and well decorated restaurant with delicious food. Staffs were amazing. Reasonable price.My son got sick and the owner came and made him a herbal medicine. He is a most down to earth personal and passionate for his hotel/job. Staffs were all so helpful specially Luka.

Staff is really substandard service. One of black lady with braided hair was really rude and not having intention to serve guest with right attitude. I have noticed her 3 guest ahead of me and including me to show even small courtesy. I spoke with her manager, he seems okay but both of them declined to give their names. But overall is average place to stay.

This was an interesting property. We usually stay on the Dutch side, but we decided to try something different. The room was decent and the bathroom was fine for 2. We usually choose accommodation with a kitchen. It was great that there was a fridge outside. I am not sure I would choose this property again if travelling with children. The grounds and the art are absolutely beautiful. I cannot comment on the food, as we had dinner outside the hotel. It was my first time eating in Grand Case and I found the experience underwhelming. The breakfast that was on offer at the hotel did not particularly appeal to me so we went to So Benedict, amazing! Overall a comfortable night stay on a decent mattress in good surroundings, modern and fresh. An average hotel overall, not upscale. I would be inclined to stick with my dutch side favourites. The WiFi was disappointing. There was not much interaction with staff, outside of the front desk, who were friendly and professional.

No clothes iron in rooms. One should not have to go to yhe front desk to use an iron in there back room. We were on th 3 floor running late so this was a horrible inconvenience..just to name a few

This was an excellent stay, the room was neat, cozy and cleaned up each time we went out. the staff was excellent and ready to help at all times. the pool was also great and glad to know it is open 24/7. only downside is that there isn't a bus at this area of this island, fortunately i think hommage has some car rental options available.
