Do NOT Book the Loft Room - we were cheated and mis-sold. Our room looked nothing like what is presented on the photo - instead we had a dark, no balcony room - far from the pictures. The pictures are not what you will get.
When we asked the front desk why our room is so different to what is on the website, we were told they only had 3 balcony rooms. If we wanted the balcony room, we were supposed to leave a note at booking (?) even though leaving the note doesn't mean it's guaranteed. None of this is mentioned on the hotel listing.
In fact, NONE of the photos actually represents the realistic view of the room. So you are not buying what you are sold. Hence it's hard to compare with other choices out there. We would not have booked what we have booked if we were shown the truth.
There is also no coffee making facilities, no daily housekeeping. In the property description - it says there will be coffee making (NO), daily housekeeping (NO).
Hence is a matter of luck what you get and it definitely may not be what you see on the pictures is what you will be getting.
The hotel knows this pictures will attract you to book then when you confront them for a refund, they will give the lame excuse is non-refundable booking. How is it so when it is a completely different product to what is booked?
Would you be happy if you were sold and paid for french fries and be getting a slice of bread in reality?
We are seasoned travellers, is the first time the hotel is dishonest.
