Located in a regional natural park, at the foot of the Perseigne forest, between Perche and the Mancelles Alps. Ground floor: dining room, living room with bz and wood stove, fully equipped kitchen, shower room, toilet. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed + 2 single beds. Garden furniture, barbecue, cot and baby chair available on request. Sheets provided - In addition: electricity beyond the fixed price and firewood. Cleaning fee: 60 euros.
