My stay was okay. There was no refrigerator in the room . I was awaken early morning by a lorry delivering to McDonald’s next door. I will definitely sleep there again because it’s not far from the airport

Grime on the walls of our room, beat up furniture, room window overlooked plaza where hotel guests smoke/drank, photos do not represent actual room conditions. Free wifi was spotty and slow. Hotel is definitely a relic from the cold war era. However, we felt safe and secure at all times and breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. Staff was extremely friendly & professional. Very, very easy to access via public transport.

Record heat in Berlin and the air conditioning was broken for 5 days straight and they didn’t offer anything in return for the inconvenience. Hotel is not as central as it seems. After 1:30am it was hard to come back because of the train stops. They say WiFi included but it’s only 600mb/day!! That’s ridiculous... it made it impossible for me to work from there as I was planning. They show pictures of spacious and good looking rooms, but it was nothing like that. Barely had space to open the bathroom door and walk around the bed. I would never go back. Next time a central Airbnb.

Incorrect amount deducted
Extra amount was deducted at the time of booking without any information. And post confirmation from the hotel, they were saying the hotel was booked from third party "Hotels.com", so the hotel guys are not responsible. Don't know whom to talk to

We did not actually stay at the hotel as the day before the booking I received an email saying we had been moved to another hotel on the opposite side of the city. There was an apology but no compensation for the inconvenience. The new hotel was supposedly more expensive, but the room was very basic and had fewer amenities, in particular, no wifi.

Ok hotel but let down by poor wifi
The hotel was ok however there was a data limit when using the wifi which was disapointing in 2018. The room itself had comfortable beds however the cleaning left alot to be desired ( we found a tampon under the bed). Overall i would rate the hotel 3/5 as the price we paid was very reasonable.

Well the other is a bit far from anything but at least we know it was not downtown. However the carpet smells Very bad including inside the Room. We had a probleme with AC and kept calling reception - The lady kept telling me that she is alone in the Hotel and can not help. I am not even mentioning the poor English - Which is a shame for a Hotel. Also note that the INTERNET is limited to 600k - If you are 2 in the room - You will just have time to open your PC and check your emails before getting the Alert. :-( :-(

Not a great stay. Most of the hotel staff were cold, unwelcoming and unpleasant. I asked for an extra pillow - eyes were actually rolled that I could possibly ask for something so heinous! Sadly, one had to ask for an extra pillow because the single pillow that was left in the (double) room was so bad that to even call it a pillow is a bit of a stretch. The double bed was two singles that didn't meet in the middle, the shower flooded the bathroom, the aircon didn't work very well and the room was 41 degrees (I measured!). I could almost understand if this had been a budget place, but it wasn't! This was the suite! I asked for a number of standard things, all of which the hotel handbook suggested it could offer. None of these were 'available'. Same day laundry would take 3 days, beds weren't made. The list goes on and on! DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!!

Carpet was heavily stained, surfaces were visibly unclean, the room smelled of bad air freshener, sheets were poor quality, couldn't get on the wifi using Chrome, and the room was ridiculously small..

It was a good base, the girl on the daytime reception was very friendly and helpful. There wasn’t a restaurant apart from breakfast. Although there’s McDonald’s and a steak house either side. Good transport. The pillows were awful and the hotel needs a really good refurb. It was ok.
