Amazing property with high end furniture and beautiful views. Incredible bathroom with great tub. Hiking trails literally in from of the door. Highly recommended.

The BEST EVER
I loved this Loft. It has to be one of the best place I have ever stayed and felt at home. It is very nice inside as it is shown in the advertisement and even more beautiful when you are there. I was hoping to rent it for the whole time I will be in Germany but I couldn’t. I would recommend this to anyone I know that is visiting Germany and who would be in the area of Neustadt An Der Weinstr. I can’t say anymore about it other than it was the best I have ever stayed in and I have been in a lot of Countries.

Tolles Loft fast in der Natur
Nur das Wetter hätte besser sein können 😀 Wir wurden verabredungsgemäss empfangen und in die Gegebenheiten eingewiesen. Zur Wohnung gehört ein großer Parkplatz in einer Garage, nur wenige Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Wohnung ist mindestens so schön wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, d.h. groß und hell. Es ist wunderbar ruhig, man hört weder Nachbarn noch Verkehrsgeräusche, wenn man ein Fenster öffnet einzig den hinter dem Haus laufenden Bach. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wer gerne kocht wird sich hier wohlfühlen. Einzig die Matratze war uns persönlich zu hart, aber das ist wahrscheinlich Geschmackssache. Für den Weg nach Neustadt ist ein Auto von Vorteil, wobei wir zur Busanbindung nichts sagen können. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in ehemaliger Tuchfabrik. Hell, geräumig, toll ausgestattet. Das Marvel Motto zieht sich durch die gesamte Wohnung und hat uns viel Freude gemacht. Gerne wieder!

Bißchen kleinlich bei dem Preis: bei 2 Personen bleiben 2. Zimmer und 2. Bad verschlossen Idee man muss extra zahlen. Damit auch: keine extra Toilette. Alles kein wirkliches Problem- aber eben ganz gewiss nicht das luxuriöse Loft, so wie es klang.

Traum-Loft in traumhafter Umgebung
Das Loft war noch beeindruckender, als wie es die Fotos schon vermuten liessen. Ein wirklich cooler Style liebevoll bis ins Detail umgesetzt und beeindruckend sauber. Ein direkter Parkplatz vor der Fewo macht es möglich die Einkäufe ohne Umschweife und Anstrengung in den Kühlschrank zu stellen. Stellplätze für die Fahrräder sind in der Garage reichlich vorhanden. Man hat durch die großen Fensterfronten das Gefühl mitten im Wald in der Schlucht zu sitzen, der Blick zur Wolfsburg je nach Lichteinfall immer wieder anders. Vom Apartment aus kann man direkt los wandern oder radeln. Neustadt an der Weinstrasse ist ein toller Ort mit reichlich Gastronomie, wo man überall draussen lecker und nicht überteuert Essen und Wein geniessen kann. Wir planen im Frühjahr nächsten Jahres wieder 2 Wochen an diesem historischen Ort in der alten Tuchfabrik zu verbringen, weil wir noch lange nicht alles in der schönen Pfalz gesehen haben. Die Weine aus der Umgebung sind köstlich! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sensationeller Zwangsurlaub in exklusiven Loftambiente
Nach einem massiven Wasserschaden in unserem Haus suchten wir eine nicht zu weit entfernte Ersatzwohnung und ,oh Wunder, wir hatten Glück! Ganz nahe dem wunderschönen Neustadt an der Weinstraße tauchten wir in diesem einzigartigen Loft in einer ehemaligen Tuchfabrik ab. Top Ausstattung, wunderschöne, ruhige Waldrand Lage und somit Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Wanderung in den Pfälzer Wald mit den entsprechenden Hütten. Dazu eine Hausverwaltung, die sehr hilfsbereit und vor allem jederzeit zu erreichen ist. Und nicht zuletzt die sehr netten Nachbarn! Ein großes Dankeschön an die Eigentümerin Frau Schäfer, die alles so zuvorkommend und flexibel organisiert hat.

Prima vakantieverblijf. Lekker ruim, met alles wat je nodig hebt, zeer licht en tegen het bos aan met een prachtig wandelpad naar Neustadt. Mooi centraal gelegen in de Weinstrasse. Parkeren erg goed geregeld in ondergelegen garage! Ruime parkeerplaatsen, dus handig met langere/bredere auto.

Das außergewöhnliche Loft bietet ein tolles Raumgefühl aus jedem Blickwinkel und zu jeder Tageszeit. Cooles Lichtkonzept am Abend. Interessante Geschichte des gesamten Areals einer ehemaligen Tuchfabrik. Direkt am Wald gelegen mit Blick auf Burgruine. Schöne Altstadt von Neustadt mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Supermarkt und Discounter auch im nahegelegenen Ort Lambrecht vorhanden. Klare Weiterempfehlung für diese Ferienwohnung :)

Eigentlich ein ausgefallenes, ungewöhnliches und nicht komplett zu Ende gedachtes Loft für Marvel Fans. Von der Umgebung, sprich Nachbarn hört man so gut wie garnichts. Aber innerhalb des Lofts ist es extrem hellhörig weil die Wände sehr dünn sind und das große Bad und das untere Schlafzimmer nach oben hin fensterseitig offen sind. Intims-bzw. Privatsphäre unmöglich. Desweiteren ist das Lichtdesign nicht gut überlegt ausgeführt. Im oberen Schlafzimmer und im kleinen Bad unten viel zu dunkel. Ebenso
