While the reviews for this hotel are generally positive, our experience in room 102 was disappointing. The room had not been vacuumed, and the drapes were broken. We had to borrow a vacuum cleaner to clean up the food crumbs left behind. Due to the hotel being fully booked, we couldn't be moved to another room. To make matters worse, room 102 is located next to the electrical room, which produces a constant buzzing noise, making the nights unbearable. I highly recommend avoiding room 102.

Entered my room and it was never cleaned. There had been a dog that stayed there making it extremely dirty inside the beds. No soap stocking, no new towels. There was trash on the floors and in the cans. Mike was amazing trying to help remedy the situation to the best he could but they were fully booked and so were neighboring hotels so we were out of luck getting anywhere else. What is really frustrating is, it's taken the GM almost a week to answer my calls after many attempts and messages I left with staff. After sleeping in a dirty room for two nights, the second night having a issue with water leaking in the bathroom and whatever splatter that was on the wall, I will never go back.
