Beautifully decorated two bedroom one bath Casita complete with fully equipped kitchen, complimentary coffee bar, and laundry room. Wonderful amenities throughout with an upscale atmosphere and attention to detail. BBQ gas grill on the upper patio, lower patio has seating with a beautiful view, and direct Guadalupe river access. Steps down to the river have a hand rail, although not easily accessible for the physically challenged.

Just a short walk to downtown Gruene! EV charging station for guest use only, including high-speed Wi-Fi and streaming smart TV’s. Thorough cleaning initiatives in place for the safety of our guests. We’re also a 100% non-smoking property; no smoking or vaping allowed inside.

Come and enjoy some true Texas hospitality. Take in a concert at the famous Gruene Hall, dine at wonderful nearby restaurants, grab a cold beverage at numerous taverns & live music venues, or enjoy shopping the convenient antique and boutique shops. Beautiful property in a great location for Gruene
My family of four enjoyed this beautiful property. It is walking distance to all the downtown Gruene attractions. Property manager was wonderful and great to work with! They have many small items provided (chargers, soaps, few drinks in the fridge, laundry bag, etc.) which is extremely nice. River access as well, but you must be able to climb many steeper steps. We plan to stay at this property again.

This house was everything you could ask for and more. It is very conveniently located to Gruene and the Guadalupe River. This is the cleanest Air B&B house we have ever stayed in. The owners allowed us to reschedule our reservation to a different date when they were predicting inclement weather for our original reservation timeframe. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

Gorgeous is a spot on description of this property! The level of detail and thoughtfulness that went into the layout and design is very impressive. The hosts, Terry F. and Terry T. made us feel very welcome, communicated with us timely and were very accommodating. We had an opportunity to introduce ourselves, but they were very respectful of our privacy. The direct access to the river was beautiful. They also recommended some local spots for us to try. Everything we could have needed for our stay was available; from a stocked coffee bar to individual makeup remover pods (very important for us ladies!) My only regret is that my husband and I were not able to stay longer!

Terry and his wife were very accommodating and were perfect hosts. They were full of information and their casita had everything you could think of when staying out of town. This property had it all! Convenient location, river access, high-end amenities that met all of our needs, luxurious shower and comfortable mattresses. Terry was an attentive, kind host. Great Place to Getaway!
The casita is beautiful, clean, comfortable, relaxing, and stocked with everything you will need. It’s perfectly located-not in the middle of noisy/busy Gruene but close enough to walk. We enjoyed relaxing campfires and the beautiful surroundings by the river. Terry and Terry were the best hosts! They had excellent recommendations, checked in on us daily and went above and beyond with accommodating all our needs. We can’t wait to return!
