Perfect Location! Located two levels up from the parking lot with easy access via stairs or the elevator. Walk to everything and if needed take the train to Chicago with ease. The unit is a two bedrooms with three beds offering varying accommodations for couples to families with children. The building offers gated secured parking, an indoor and outdoor pool, and a gym for those who like to stay active even on vacation. You can not beat the location and the building amenities. The building also is one of the only ones in the area with elevators which is a plus especially if you are caring a lot of stuff or if you have little ones. The outdoor pool is open Memorial Day- Labor Day weather permitting.


The unit does not offer a grill or indoor garage parking. All parking is located in the secured parking lot in front of the building.

We kindly request that guests refrain from hosting large parties or family gatherings out of respect for the neighboring homeowners, many of whom reside here year-round. By fostering a sense of harmony and consideration, we can ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.

This property is well-maintained and equipped for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Our vacation rentals include well-equipped kitchens, and living and dining areas. Linens and towels are provided. Homes have washers and dryers, a dishwasher, central heat and air conditioning, cable/satellite television, DVD players, and high-speed Internet service.

We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip-lock bags. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap, so plan according to your needs.

Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and be responsible for the group during the entire stay.

Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA-managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or sleep number). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties, or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking.
