Non-refundable is B.S Purchased the insurance just in case I couldn’t make the trip because my father was in bad health. Once I learned I wasn’t going to be able to make it, I tried for a refund since I had purchased the insurance and then I’m told I purchased a non-refundable room. Straight B.S.

We enjoyed the comfort of the room. The side door was working when we arrived. The staff was friendly and accommodating as we thought we were going to be late for check in. I was not aware of the parking fee so I can’t complain about that.

The Clerk that checked us in last night was professional, kind & made the process quick & easy. What we did not like and what we absolutely did not find acceptable was we had to pay $9.95 for parking at a hotel was have already paid for. No reason we should have to pay for parking. Unacceptable.
